RUGGED MOBILE Systems had an interesting three days on Stand E71 presenting a substantial portfolio of robust computing products for on and off rail applications, to both visitors and other exhibitors.

These included NEXCOM rail approved sytems such as the aROK 5510 19" 2U Rackmount AI Intelligent Railway Computer which supports high powered NVIDIA AI GPU’s modules ,closely coupled with Intel i7 9th Generation and Xeon CPUs and provides up to 128GB RAM.  We also presented the NEXCOM nROK7251 and nROK7252 Series systems which provide access to powerful Intel 9th Generation Intel i7 and Xeon CPUs, with up to 64GB RAM and user accessible storage bays to meet large data storage requirements. These systems can support up to eight PoE ports, are ‘5G ready’ and can optionally support up to four LTE/5G modules with eight externally accessible SIM cards to maximise connectivity and throughput. We also presented several other rail approved (EN-50155) and EN-45545-2, systems from NEXCOM.  With this wealth of rail focussed computing products and experience, along-side a proven configuration and customisation service, RUGGED MOBILE Systems and NEXCOM are ideal partners for any on-train computing project. 

For off train / trackside maintenance activities RUGGED MOBILE Systems were able to demonstrate their range of rugged Android and Windows based tablets and handhelds from Getac, Panasonic, Handheld, Juniper Systems and more.
